We hold your personal data on Intelliflo. All historic data is held on Document Manager or Microsoft office. These systems are securely backed up and a firewall is in place to protect your data from cyber-attacks and online hackers.
How your information will be used and who might we share it with:
Your information may be shared with investment providers and insurance providers. All providers will be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
How long we will keep your data for:
We will retain the information we have collected about you but will not use it after our professional relationship has ended.
Your rights of access to your data:
Under GDPR you have the right to object to us processing personal data based on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you object to us processing your personal data we will stop unless: there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, right and freedoms or, the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.
